Printing of copies of statewide measures--to be posted at pollingplaces--distribution, exception.

116.290. 1. The secretary of state shall distribute copies ofeach statewide ballot measure, except proposed constitutions aspublished in newspapers for legal notice of the election.

2. The secretary of state shall print copies of each proposedconstitution in pamphlet form.

3. From copies delivered by the secretary of state, eachelection authority shall post at least two copies of each noticeand pamphlet at each polling place during the time the polls areopen.

4. The secretary of state shall print any new language beingproposed for adoption or rejection in boldface type.
