New counties--assignment to congressional districts.

128.340. When any new county shall be organized, such countyshall constitute and form a portion of the same congressionaldistrict embracing at the time the county or counties from whichsuch new county shall be organized; and if any such county shallbe organized from two or more counties lying in differentcongressional districts, then such county shall form andconstitute a part of the congressional district embracing, at thetime, the greater portion of the territory constituting suchcounty thus organized.
