Posting of expenditures supporting and opposing candidates.

130.042. The Missouri ethics commission shall post on its web site inan easily accessible and conspicuous manner a listing organized bycandidate showing all expenditures required to be disclosed by sections130.041 and 130.050, made in support of and against each candidate,together with the date and amount of each expenditure. The commissionshall post each expenditure within seven days of notification of theexpenditure. The list underlying each candidate shall be further organizedinto the following two categories:

(1) Expenditures in support of the candidate; and

(2) Expenditures in opposition to the candidate.
