Severability clause for sections 130.110 to 130.160.

130.160. Severability.

If any provision of this measure is held invalid or theapplication thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, suchinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of thechapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions orapplications, and to this and the provisions of this measure are declaredseverable.
