Counties, certain third class counties to have one enterprise zonedesignated, requirements.

135.206. In addition to the number of enterprise zonesauthorized by the provisions of section 135.210, the departmentof economic development shall designate one such zone in everycounty of the third class which has a population of less thantwenty-five thousand inhabitants, and an assessed valuation ofbetween two hundred and seventy million dollars and three hundredmillion dollars as published in the 1985 proceedings of theMissouri state tax commission. Such designation shall only bemade if the area in the county which is to be included in theenterprise zone meets all the requirements of section 135.205.
