Employees for which employer may claim training credit.

135.240. The provisions of subdivision (3) of section135.225 and section 135.230 shall apply to employeesdetermined to:

(1) Be difficult to employ. For the purpose of thissection, "a person difficult to employ" shall mean a personwho was unemployed for at least three months immediatelyprior to being employed at the new business facility in theenterprise zone; or

(2) Be eligible for aid to families with dependentchildren or general relief programs.
