Enterprise zone to be established in certain cities (Rolla).

135.256. In addition to the number of enterprise zonesauthorized under the provisions of sections 135.206 and 135.210,the department of economic development shall designate one suchzone in every city of the third class in every county of thethird class which contains a state university whose primarymission is engineering studies and technical research. Suchenterprise zone designation shall only be made if the area in thecity which is to be included meets all the requirements ofsection 135.205.
