Rules authorized, procedure.

135.339. The director of revenue, in consultation with the divisionof family services, shall prescribe such rules and regulations necessary tocarry out the provisions of sections 135.325 to 135.339. No rule orportion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 135.325 to135.339 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant tothe provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
