Community development fund, creation, administration by developmentof economic development, expenditures.

135.401. There is hereby created in the state treasury a revolvingfund to be administered by the department of economic development to beknown as the "Community Development Fund". The fund shall consist of allmoneys which may be appropriated to it by the general assembly, gifts,contributions, grants or bequests received from federal, private or othersources. Moneys in the fund shall be used for the programs and activitiesimplemented by community development corporations to stimulate economicdevelopment in neighborhoods or communities. Notwithstanding theprovisions of section 33.080, RSMo, money in the fund at the end of anybiennium shall not be transferred to the general revenue fund.
