Director of department of economic development, duties, certificate oftax credit--procedure to request.

135.420. The director shall be responsible for theadministration and issuance of the certificates of taxcredits authorized by sections 135.400 to 135.429. Thedirector shall issue a certificate of tax credit at therequest of any qualified investor. Each request shallinclude a true copy of the documents as defined by theadministrative rules of the department. Each request shallbe acknowledged under oath by the investor making therequest for tax credits.
