Employees assigned to work in other departments.

136.050. The director of revenue may assign an employee oremployees of the division of taxation and collection to dischargethe duties of the division of taxation and collection in anydepartment, institution or agency of the state, and such employeeor employees shall be afforded office space and access to therecords and property of the department, institution or agencyused in the collection of any tax, license or fee payable to thestate when approved by the director of revenue. The head of suchdepartment, institution or agency shall cooperate with and affordevery necessary facility to such employee or employees in thedischarge of his or their duties.
