Contingent procedures for freight line company taxes, effective when.

137.1030. In the event a final judgment of a court of competentjurisdiction shall find that all or portions of this act* is notenforceable, then without further action by the general assembly, theprocedure for the assessing, adjusting and equalizing the distributableproperty of the freight line companies shall be the same procedure asprovided in sections 137.975 to 137.985.
