Clerk to make statement.

137.295. When the books or lists for the collectors arecompleted, the county clerks shall make a complete statement ofthe assessment and taxes charged, on blanks and in conformity toinstructions furnished by the director of revenue. The collectorshall subscribe a receipt for the tax book on the statement. Theclerk shall record the statement and forward it to the directorof revenue, and forward a copy thereof to the state taxcommission.
