Assessment of estates--duty of guardian.

137.350. It shall be the duty of the executor oradministrator of the estate of any deceased person to deliver tothe assessor such certified statement of all the property of suchdecedent as provided in sections 137.325 to 137.420. No suchexecutor or administrator shall be eligible for discharge untilall taxes levied and assessed under the provisions of sections137.325 to 137.420 shall first have been paid.
