Appeal from assessment--form--time for filing.

137.385. Any person aggrieved by the assessment of hisproperty may appeal to the county board of equalization. Anappeal shall be in writing and the forms to be used for thispurpose shall be furnished by the county clerk. Such appealshall be lodged with the county clerk as secretary of the boardof equalization before the third Monday in June; provided, thatthe board may in its discretion extend the time for filing suchappeals.
