Notice as to time and place of inspection of assessment records.
137.512. When the assessment plat books or records arecompleted, the assessor shall give two weeks' notice in at leasttwo daily newspapers published within the city that the books areopen for inspection, and stating when and where the board ofequalization will be in session.
