Administrative and judicial review procedure authorized for privatecar companies.

137.981. Administrative review of the original assessmentsof private car companies shall be provided in the same manner asspecified in section 138.420, RSMo. Any private car companyaggrieved by the decision of the commission may, if it hasparticipated in administrative review, seek judicial review asprovided in chapter 536, RSMo.
