Tax commission to prescribe forms, interpret laws.

140.660. The state tax commission shall prescribe the formsof all certificates, blanks and books required under theprovisions of this law and shall, with the advice of the attorneygeneral, decide all questions that arise in reference to the trueconstruction or interpretation of this law, or any part thereof,with reference to the powers and duties of county or township taxofficers, and the decision shall have force and effect untilmodified or annulled by the judgment or decree of a court ofcompetent jurisdiction.
