Deposits by county collector to be made on certain dates--finalaccounting (first class counties).

141.030. The collector shall on the seventeenth day ofNovember of each year deposit with the county treasurer allcounty general revenue taxes collected, as best estimated by him,from November first to November fifteenth and on the second dayof December all of such taxes collected from November fifteenthto November thirtieth and on the seventeenth day of December allof such taxes collected from November thirtieth to Decemberfifteenth and on the fourth day of January all of such taxescollected from December fifteenth to December thirty-first and onor before the fifteenth day of March, shall make his finalaccounting and deposit and pay over the balance of all fundsremaining in his hands and collected during the preceding year.
