General taxation law applies (first class charter counties).

141.200. The general law as now existing in all mattersrelating to taxation and the collection of delinquent and backtaxes on tangible personal property not specifically provided forin sections 141.170 to 141.200 shall continue to be the law forcounties of the first class, but nothing in this section shall beconstrued so as to extend any provision of sections 141.170 to141.200 to include counties of the first class not having acharter form of government.
