Form of notice (first class charter counties).

141.450. Such notice shall be substantially as follows:

To the person to whom this notice is addressed:

You are the last known person, according to the records in this office,in whose name land taxes were billed or charged, as to one or more parcels ofreal estate described in a certain petition bearing cause No. .... (fill innumber of case) filed in the Circuit Court of .... County, Missouri, at ....(fill in city), on ...., 20.., wherein a foreclosure of the lien of variousdelinquent tax bills is sought and a court order asked for the purpose ofselling said real estate at a public sale for payment of all delinquent taxbills, together with interest, penalties, attorney's fees and costs.Publication of notice of such foreclosure was commenced on the .... day of...., 20.., in .... (here insert name of newspaper), a daily newspaperpublished in .... (here insert name of city), Missouri.

Unless all delinquent taxes be paid upon the parcels of real estatedescribed in said petition and said real estate redeemed prior to the time ofthe foreclosure sale of such real estate by the sheriff, the owner or anyperson claiming any right, title or interest in or to, or lien upon, any suchparcels of real estate, shall be forever barred and foreclosed of all right,title and interest and equity of redemption in and to such parcels of realestate; provided, however, that any such persons shall have the right to filean answer in said suit on or before the .... day of ...., 20.., in the officeof the Circuit Clerk and a copy thereof with the Delinquent Land Tax Attorney,setting forth in detail the nature and amount of the interest and any defenseor objection to the foreclosure.
