Rules of civil procedure in equity cases shall be followed (firstclass charter counties).

141.490. Except as herein provided, the rules of civilprocedure in equity cases, in force at the time when anyproceeding is had in the suit, shall be followed in all suitsbrought pursuant to sections 141.210 to 141.810.
