Exemption from taxation of real estate acquired by land trust(first class charter counties).

141.800. Upon acquiring title to any real estate hereunder,such land trust shall immediately notify the county assessor andthe city assessors of the various cities, towns and villages inthe county of such ownership, and the interests of each taxingauthority therein shall be exempt from all taxation, in the samemanner and to the same extent as any other publicly owned realestate, and upon the sale or other disposition of any real estateheld by it, such land trust shall immediately notify the countyassessor and the appropriate city assessor of such change ofownership.
