Exchange of information with other states.

142.310. The director of revenue shall, upon request dulyreceived from the officials to whom are entrusted the enforcementof the motor fuel tax laws of any other state, forward to suchofficials any information which it may have in its possessionrelative to the receipt, sale, use, transportation or shipment byany person of motor fuel.
