Director may prescribe forms and require the submission ofinformation.

142.900. The director of the department of revenue may prescribeforms upon which reports are made to the director and all other forms andinformation the director deems necessary to enforce the provisions of thischapter, and may require periodic submission of information from any persondealing in, transporting or storing motor fuel.
