Debts not debt of the state.

160.815. 1. Debts incurred by the corporation established pursuantto the authority of sections 160.800 to 160.820 do not represent orconstitute a debt of this state within the meaning of the provisions of theconstitution or statutes of this state.

2. The corporation established pursuant to sections 160.800 to160.820 shall be subject to all provisions of chapter 355, RSMo, which donot conflict with the provisions of sections 160.800 to 160.820.
