Departments may contract with corporation for activities.

160.820. In order to assist the corporation in achieving theobjectives identified in section 160.810, the department of economicdevelopment, department of elementary and secondary education, anddepartment of higher education may contract with the corporation foractivities consistent with the corporation's purpose, as specified insection 160.805, including but not limited to the employment of anypersonnel of the corporation, administrative services, and provision ofoffice space. When contracting with the corporation under the provisionsof this section, the departments may directly enter into agreements withthe corporation and shall not be bound by the provisions of chapter 34,RSMo.
