Disability determinations under Federal Social SecurityAct--disability freeze fund.

161.182. 1. The state board of education shall enter intoan agreement on behalf of the state with the Secretary of theUnited States Department of Health, Education and Welfare tocarry out the provisions of the Federal Social Security Act, asamended, (42 U.S.C.A. 301 et seq.) relating to the making ofdeterminations of disability under such act.

2. All moneys paid by the federal government to the state tocarry out the agreement referred to in subsection 1 shall bedeposited in the state treasury to the credit of a special fundto be known as the "Disability Freeze Fund", which is herebycreated. All moneys in the fund shall be disbursed on warrantsissued in accordance with requisitions of the state board ofeducation.
