Lapse of district upon withdrawal of provisional accreditation.

162.085. If a school district has been classified as unaccreditedwithin the previous five school years and the district is subsequentlyclassified as provisionally accredited, the district shall be subject tolapse on June thirtieth of any school year in which the state board ofeducation withdraws provisional accreditation or at a later date asdetermined by the state board of education. The provisions of this sectionshall become effective January 1, 2010.
