School districts soliciting enrollment of a nonresident student,prohibited--activities in schools to be determined by district.

162.1055. No school district shall solicit the enrollmentof a nonresident student. For the purpose of determiningeligibility to participate in high school activities, the rulesof any association governing such activities to which thedistrict belongs shall govern.
