State aid, nonresident student enrolled in option district to becounted as resident.

162.1057. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 163,RSMo, to the contrary, for the purposes of determining state aid,a nonresident student enrolled pursuant to sections 162.1040 to162.1059 in an enrollment option district shall be counted as aresident pupil.
