Testimony taken in board's investigations to be under oath.

162.651. All testimony taken upon any investigation made bythe board, or in any proceedings before the board for the removalof any officer or employee of the board, or in any investigationmade by any committee of the board, shall be under oath, whichoath may be administered by the secretary, the treasurer, or anyofficer authorized to administer oaths.
