Special district may contract for special educational servicesfor severely handicapped children.

162.750. If a special school district is formed, it maycontract with the state board of education, public agencies, ornonprofit organizations within the state which have programsmeeting the standards established by the state board of educationto provide special educational services for severely handicappedchildren residing in the special district.
