State and area advisory committees, how appointed--tenure.

162.805. 1. The commissioner of education shall appointsuch state and area advisory committees as are needed to makerecommendations for the various state schools for severelyhandicapped children.

2. The members of these advisory committees shall serve atthe discretion of the commissioner of education.
