Establishment of schools, when.

162.880. The board of education of the special district mayestablish schools within any school district comprising thespecial district for any of the children designated in sections162.670 to 162.995 and may establish programs for any suchchildren within any school district included in the specialdistrict in classrooms furnished by the school district, if thenumber of children available for instruction in such classroomsis sufficient under standards determined by the state departmentof elementary and secondary education.
