Transportation of students required--state transportation aidauthorized.

162.900. 1. The board of education of each special schooldistrict shall provide for the free transportation of allchildren under the age of twenty-one years residing in thespecial district who attend its classes or schools and shall makeall needed rules and regulations for the free transportation ofthese children.

2. A special school district is entitled to statetransportation aid under section 162.985 for handicapped andseverely handicapped children and under section 163.161, RSMo,for children attending the vocational education program of thespecial district.
