Approval for state aid, how obtained.

162.930. The department of elementary and secondaryeducation shall inspect all programs for the handicapped andseverely handicapped established under the provisions of sections162.670 to 162.995 and, upon its approval, the special schooldistrict shall receive state aid under the provisions of sections162.935, 162.975, and 162.980 and sections 163.161, 163.172,168.500, and 168.520, RSMo.
