Designation of school district number (Monroe City).

163.016. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 163.011, for anyschool district located in more than one county and whose headquarters arelocated within a city of the fourth classification with more than twothousand five hundred but fewer than two thousand six hundred inhabitantsand located in more than one county, the county signified in the schooldistrict number shall be the county in the district with the highest dollarvalue modifier.
