Erroneously set levy in capital projects fund, department to revisestate aid calculation (St. Louis County).

163.095. For any district in the county with a charter form ofgovernment and with more than one million inhabitants that in calendar year2005 (school year 2005-06) erroneously set a levy in the capital projectsfund rather than the incidental fund and reported the capital projectsamount to the county for which the county issued tax notices and thedistrict received taxes for calendar year 2005, the department ofelementary and secondary education shall calculate the amount the districtwould have received in state school aid for fiscal year 2006 had thedistrict placed the levy in the incidental fund rather than the capitalprojects fund and use this revised 2005-06 calculated funding amount in thedistribution of state school aid for fiscal year 2007 and subsequent years.The sum of the amounts due to the school district in state school aid afterrecalculation for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 shall be dividedand distributed to the school district in equal amounts in fiscal years2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. The calculation shall not change the actualfunding due the district for the 2005-06 school year.
