Notice of election.

164.091. Whenever the board of directors, by resolutionadopted by vote of not less than two-thirds of the members of theboard, determines that the additional levy, at a rate and for aperiod fixed in the resolution, is necessary or desirable, theyshall cause notice to be given that the proposed levy will besubmitted. The notice shall state the proposed rate of levy andthe period for which it is proposed to be levied annually.
