Levy and collection of tax--library building fund.

164.111. If two-thirds of the voters voting on the proposalvote in favor of the additional tax the result of the vote andthe rate of taxation so voted and the period of years for whichvoted shall be certified by the secretary of the board to theclerk of the county commission of the proper county who shallthereupon assess the amount at the rate returned on all tangibletaxable property of the school district and the taxes shall becollected and paid over to the treasurer of the school districtin like manner and with other general property taxes of theschool district. The treasurer of the school district shallplace the revenue derived from the tax in a separate fund to beknown as the "Library Building Fund", which shall be subject tothe exclusive control of the school board and shall be used forno purpose other than as stated in sections 164.081 to 164.111.The tax is in addition to the annual tax authorized to be leviedunder the provisions of section 137.030, RSMo.
