Purposes for which bonds may be issued in metropolitandistricts--notice to contain certain information.

164.141. For the purpose of purchasing schoolhouse sites,erecting schoolhouses, library buildings and furnishing the sameand building additions to, or repairing old buildings, the boardof education in metropolitan districts may borrow money and issuebonds for the payment thereof in the manner herein provided. Thequestion of the loan shall be decided at an election. Notice ofthe submission of the question shall include the amount of theloan required and for what purpose.
