Bonds not to constitute an indebtedness.

164.251. Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections164.231 to 164.301 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness ofthe state of Missouri, or of any school district or of the boardthereof, or of the individual members of the school board, andshall not be deemed to be an indebtedness within the meaning ofany constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring ofindebtedness.
