Board may prescribe form and detail of bonds--may be compelled toperform duties and agreements of district.

164.271. 1. The board of the school district issuing bondsunder section 164.231 may prescribe the form, details andincidents of the bonds and make such covenants as in its judgmentare advisable or necessary properly to secure the paymentthereof; but the form, details, incidents and covenants shall notbe inconsistent with any of the provisions of sections 164.231 to164.301.

2. The holder of any bonds issued hereunder or of anycoupons representing interest accrued thereon may, by civilaction either at law or in equity, compel the board of the schooldistrict issuing such bonds to perform all duties imposed upon itby sections 164.231 to 164.301, including the making andcollecting of sufficient rates and charges for admission to orthe use of the project for which the bonds were issued, and alsoto enforce the performance of any and all other covenants made bysuch board of directors in the issuance of the bonds.
