Treasurer, duties of.

165.061. From and after the approval of his bond as such,the treasurer of each seven-director school district shall receiveall moneys belonging to the district, from whatever sourcederived, and deposit and pay out the same upon checks or ordersfor payment as provided in section 165.021. He shall also becustodian of all bonds and other securities belonging to theschool district.
