State board of education to keep account with treasurer--suitsto recover money due.

166.041. 1. The state board of education shall keep aregular account with the state treasurer and all other persons inrelation to the state public school fund.

2. The state board of education shall require all personswho receive any money belonging to the fund or income to settletheir accounts, and, in that name, may sue for and recover allmoneys due from any person on account of the fund or income.
