Accounting of fund required when, submitted to whom--annual audits bystate auditor.

166.209. The board shall annually prepare or cause to beprepared an accounting of the fund and shall transmit a copy ofthe accounting to the governor, the president pro tem of thesenate, and the speaker of the house of representatives. Theboard shall also make available the accounting of the fund topurchasers of the trust. The accounts of the board shall besubject to annual audits by the state auditor.
