Arrangements between the trust and institutions of higher education.

166.218. The trust shall make any arrangements that arenecessary or appropriate with state institutions of highereducation in order to fulfill its obligations under advancetuition payment contracts, which arrangements may include, butneed not be limited to, the payment by the trust of the thenactual in-state tuition cost on behalf of a qualifiedbeneficiary to the state institution of higher education.
