Program established as alternative to Missouri higher educationsavings program.

166.501. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 166.400 to166.456 to the contrary, the higher education deposit program isestablished as a nonexclusive alternative to the Missouri higher educationsavings program, and any participant may elect to participate in bothprograms subject to aggregate Missouri program limitations.
