Prompt investment of moneys paid by participation agreements, useof moneys.

166.511. All money paid by a participant in connection withparticipation agreements shall be deposited as received and shall bepromptly invested by the board or may be directly deposited by the board'sagents. Contributions and earnings thereon accumulated on behalf ofparticipants in the deposit program may be used, as provided in theparticipation agreement, for qualified higher education expenses.
